Today

Today Cemdag is a leading manufacturer with the widest product line with over 250 employees and 3 combined production plants.  

2010

Added the value of an internationally accredited photometry laboratory to the Turkish lighting industry in 2010, as the first and only accredited lab.

2008

Opening of Aliaga Industrial Zone facilities in 2008.

1997

Opening of the Cigli Industrial Zone facilities in 1997.

1995

First ISO certificate in Turkish lighting industry received in1995 and opened the area branches and showrooms countrywide.

1984

First Turkish company producing fixtures with high IP rating and fixtures for high pressure sodium lamps in 1984.

1980-1981

Started with the production of road and street luminaire in 1980 and set up the R & D laboratory in 1981 and started export business, reaching to 5 continents today.

1972

First Quality Standart Certificate received in 1972 and production of ballasts for mercury vapour lamps started.

1968

Cemdag, established in 1968 by Mustafa Cem, who is the chairman of the company with 2 employees in a 60m2 workshop, is an institution with ideals. The investment on cam controlled press machine and first fluorescent ballast production realized in 1968 and the first quality certificate received.
